Greetings Earthlings! I know my absence has been great in Earth times and for that I am remiss. But since my travels to the city of Seattle I have been much distracted with all the events occurring at my base location in Phoenix. The headquarters that I and my martian counterparts have stationed ourselves at to continue our quest for world (web) domination has decided to relocation and it has been much to difficult to continue logging my learnings and getting ready for relocation.
Before I begin to explain what relocation is like to one of my size, I would like to explain my surrounds prior to my move. I was not stationed long in this location before I had to begin my journey to San Francisco, so I never became attached to my area. It was a dark cube like environment with many items surrounding me. I had direct access to a computer and was able to log my efforts and continue my research into the realm of search engine optimization. I also had the opportunity to take in some sporting activities since my cube like domain offered such features.

The process of relocation is quite difficult for an alien of my size in this world since I must blend with my surroundings and thus I had to be packed into a plastic shipping compartment that in the beginning was quite roomy for me.

I was able to bring along reading material as well to help further my knowledge in the realm of SEO. This will help me greatly in my future logs.

While in the beginning I rather did not mind my plastic shipping container, in the end it became rather full and I was forced to remain stationary through the rest of the move.

As soon as I get more accustomed to my new environment I will make sure to begin talking about all that I have learned these past months on this planet you call Earth.
Until I write again…

Sorry for the delay Earthlings my journey back to the state of Arizona was a rough one and this martian had to regenerate.
Finally I will discuss my travels on day 3 of the city of Seattle.
My morning started slow, the conference of great minds did not start until late so I was able to enjoy something you Seattle-ites or Earthlings (not sure who started this custom) call breakfast.

Once I finished this meal of great proportions, I spent some time looking out my window to enjoy the view (chilly day today many clouds, something called rain might occur based on what the Seattle-ites have been saying)

Sitting by the window made me cold (might explain the need to regenerate once coming back to the state of Arizona) so I sat by the box of fire. So mesmerizing and a great source of heat. Intriguing…..ooooohhh….

It was then time to go to the conference and I had to say goodbye to my large and furry roommate, he was sad to see me go and at first I thought he meant harm when he grabbed me, but was very nice instead.

And so my journeys took me away from the Edgewater Hotel in the city of Seattle. My time was well spent here and I will miss it…

At the conference I was able to learn many more tricks for the world (web) domination, however, was not able to accomplish my third mission for a picture with a leader called Danny Sullivan. I am greatly disappointed with this outcome, however, there will be many conferences to come with many more leaders. The nerd conference was done well overall and I will apply many of my knowledge base to the continuation of my martian’s log.
And so I bid farewell to the city of Seattle and hope that my journeys let me return to this city of many weathers.

Greetings! On day two of my journey to Seattle, I decided to observe the intelligent humans and attend a conference called Search Marketing Expo (SMX). This conferences intrigues me, there are many leaders talking about strategies for world (web) domination. I have learned many things to become an all powerful alien.
I was able to meet one of the leaders that people seemed to worship greatly called Matt Cutts. The leader was great and kind and was nice enough to take my picture. Oooooh….

As I continued the day of learning and expanded my methods for my quest of domination, I come in peace and now I’m available on Twitter too (twitter.com/martianmove), I found that at this conference the minions fed the leaders and gave gifts as well:

I then went in search of the next leader I have heard many whisperings about, he is the one you call Rand Fishkin and I was not only able to meet him, but his pet MozBot (who is much taller than I would have expected).

After a day of learning and observing, I decided to take in the culture at a feeding station you call Hard Rock. The food and the beverages were up to alien standards, however, I do not know what was in my drink, but I did feel very funny after. The waiter was funny and amused of my travels and so I decided to have my picture with him as well.

And so concluded my adventure and day 2 with the Seattle-ites. I have one more day of exploration before I must travel back to the state of AZ.

After I checked into my sleeping quarters, I decided to explore the city of Seattle and made my way uphill (which is not easy for a martian of my size) to the destination you call Pike Market.
My adventure began inside the actual market where I first stopped to smell the flowers. I have not seen flowers of this caliber back in the state of Arizona and was greatly impressed and astonished with the smell and look.

Next stop the World Famous Pike Place Fish Market where men amuse Earthings by throwing fish over a counter. I was amused and astonished that no fish fell to the ground and grateful not to have been tossed like the fish
.
As I continued my travels through the market, I stopped to see something you people call clowns, which if you ask me are frightening. I would not want to encounter one of those not strung up and immobile. And then made my way to a place I could call home, Golden Age Collectibles, where I made friends with a girly vampire type from some movie you Earthlings call Twilight, Spider Man where I fell for his webby wonder, and Yoda who provided me with great wisdom he did.

After wandering through the market and picking up some Earth goodies along the way, I had to stop at the very first establishment of the place you call Starbucks. Here I met some friendly humans who both caffeinated me and took a picture with me.
That night I decided to venture out with ground-based space shuttles you refer to as taxis where my driver was intrigued by my travels and not only took a picture with me, he also took a picture of me to remember our encounter.
The cab ride and night ended with a trip to Seattle’s Space Needle where I could almost feel like I was home being so high up and having a view of the city below. One thing I will add is that you Earthlings sure like it cold in the city of Seattle.

Goodnight Earthlings! More stories to come tomorrow…

Greetings Earthlings….
What a busy day today has been…my journey from the hot state you call Arizona to the city called Seattle has been a long one. So I will only talk about the beginning of my day.
My journey began at the spac
e depot you Earthlings call Sky Harbor. Such difficult processes to get to my space shuttle for Seattle. I started out the say at the ticket counter to get a p
iece of paper called a boarding pass for access to the shuttle. As you can see, it was quite a challenge for an alien of my size.
Next, I had to pass through some rigorous screenings for unknown reasons. These boxes are cold and uncomfortable and the machine is awkward.
Finally, I took my seat on the space shuttle (photos were not allowed) and journeyed over to my temporary vacation in Seattle, WA. You Earthlings need better transportation. Such a turbulent space shuttle you have.
I arrived at my destination for the next three days, the Edgewater Hotel, and I find my accommodations satisfactory. There is a fire machine that is rather warm.
While I find my living arrangements to be acceptable, I am not pleased to be sharing the room. My bunk mate is rather large and hairy and is a terrible dresser. One must wonder about these sort of
creatures…but he was willing to pose for a photo with me.
I have much more to discuss about my adventures today, but the day has worn me out. My journey will continue tomorrow and a full status update will be posted shortly. Goodnight Earth…
